About Me

"You cannot teach a man anything. You can only help him discover it within himself."
-Galileo Galilei

Just what do all those letters after my name mean? Those letters represent my education and qualifications as a therapist. I currently hold a BA in Psychology and a Masters (MA) in Community Counseling. I am a National Certified Counselor (NCC) and a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey. In addition I also continue to educate myself through completing certifications, trainings and workshops in a wide range of issues that are relevant to my primary client base.

I have a diverse range of experience in the mental health field, specifically in the areas of Autism, Domestic Violence, Sexual Abuse/Assault, Childhood Abuse and Neglect, as well as Loss, Attachment and Separation issues in relation to foster and adoption. My primary focus of interest is working with women, children and adolescents.
